About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in both visual design and web development, capable of creating stunning designs and implementing them on modern, responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials like brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, packaging, and social media creatives.
• Work on branding projects, including logos, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
• Edit videos, product shoot visuals, and create promotional content for campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand aesthetics and standards.
• Prepare design files for print and digital distribution.

Website Development

• Design and develop websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Customize themes, plugins, and troubleshoot errors.
• Maintain and update existing company and client websites regularly.
• Optimize websites for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third-party tools like payment gateways, forms, and CRMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Development, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic designing and website development.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDRAW, Camtasia, Adobe Audition, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Skilled in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic), and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with website speed optimization, SEO principles, and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio of graphic design and web development work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL.
• Experience in managing website backups and hosting services.
